MiHub Events — Mafikeng Innovation Hub

1. What we collect

When you register for an event, we collect your name, email address, and any additional information required by the event (such as organisation, job title, or dietary requirements).

2. How we use your data

Your information is used solely to manage your event registration, send confirmation emails, and communicate event updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Data retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the event and up to 12 months afterward for reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting MiHub IT.

4. Security

We store your data securely and take reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access. Passwords are stored as hashed values and are never readable by staff.
